Cheryl recently announced her move to Berkley Books with the great news that Berkley will publish her "Spinster's Cure" trilogy in 2010 and 2011. The titles had already been picked for Book #1 and Book #2, and to celebrate this fabulous event, Cheryl ran a contest where she asked fans to help her pick the title for Book #3.

She is pleased to announce that the winning title, selected by her editor at Berkley, is DREAMS OF DESIRE. This suggestion was submitted by hundreds of readers, but the first – and winning – entry came from long-time fan, Elizabeth Banda, from Austin, Texas. Elizabeth was one of Cheryl's earliest fans and has been a regular and frequent participant in the many contests Cheryl has run over the years. CONGRATULATIONS Elizabeth!

Cheryl sends out a very hearty and very grateful thank you to everyone who participated in the title contest. All of your suggestions were awesome!

Cheryl announces that she has moved to Berkley Books. She will continue writing the erotic historical romances that fans have come to love. Berkley will publish her "Spinster's Cure" trilogy, with the first two books coming 2010! Watch for PROMISE OF PLEASURE (April, 2010) and TASTE OF TEMPTATION (June, 2010).

Cheryl will continue to deliver the yummy heroes, remarkable characters, and plot twists that fans around the world have come to love. Cover art and story details are coming soon!

Cheryl receives the great news that her two novels published in 2008 are in the national spotlight.

Romantic Times BOOKclub Magazine has honored Cheryl with its prestigious Reviewers' Choice Award for her thriller, SLEEPING WITH THE DEVIL. The magazine selected it as "Best Erotic Fiction of 2008."

Her historical romance, DOUBLE FANTASY, was also nominated for a Reviewers' Choice Award as "Best Sensual Novel of 2008", but did not win the category.

Cheryl will accept her award for SLEEPING WITH THE DEVIL at the magazine's annual conference, being held this year from April 22-26 at the Wyndham Orland Resort in Orlando, Florida

Cheryl is celebrating the fantastic news that her 20th book, DOUBLE FANTASY, has made it onto the NEW YORK TIMES BESTSELLER LIST. It is Cheryl's first appearance on the Times list, and she debuts at #34!!!

Cheryl receives the fabulous news that her March '08 book, DOUBLE FANTASY was awarded a double K.I.S.S. award from Romantic Times BOOKclub Magazine. The award is presented monthly to the author who crafts the best, most macho, most wonderful hero. In DOUBLE FANTASY, Cheryl used twin heroes, Jamieson and Jackson Merrick. The editors wrote: "Cheryl Holt doubles your pleasure and doubles your fun..."

The magazine says that its K.I.S.S. moniker stands for "Knight in Shining Silver", but readers insist it stands for "Kissing is Simply Stupendous!" Congrats Cheryl!

Cheryl receives the fabulous news that her novel, FORBIDDEN FANTASY, was nominated by Romantic Times BOOKreviews Magazine as the "Best Sensual Novel of 2007." Winners will be announced at the magazine's annual convention that will be held April 16-20, 2008 at the Hilton Pittsburgh in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. FORBIDDEN FANTASY is the fabulous and long awaited sequel to Cheryl's beloved novel, COMPLETE ABANDON.
