In July, Cheryl will celebrate the print release of her great novel, NICHOLAS. This will likely be Cheryl's last print book to ever appear in stores. It will be released for the 4th of July weekend so that you can take a copy with you to the beach for your holiday weekend!

To celebrate this great event, Cheryl is hosting a CONTEST to give away 10 autographed copies of the novel to 10 lucky winners. To enter the contest, simply send an email to Cheryl at cheryl@cherylholt.com with the word "contest" in the subject line. Please add your name and email address to the body of the email. The drawing will be held on June 30th, 2012, with the books mailed out to winners shortly after the drawing. You can enter once a week, from now to the drawing date. Be sure to enter! Cheryl announces the great news that her new e-book, LOVE ME, is now available for download at all major on-line bookstores for all e-reader devices. This book is the third and final book in the Merriweather family trilogy. Book #1, SEDUCE ME, told the story of eldest brother, Lucas Merriweather. Book #2 features the other brother, Dustin. LOVE ME is the story of Merriweather sister, Brittney.

As the story starts, Brittney is engaged to a perfectly suitable, rich, boring hedgefund manager. She thinks she's happy and eager to wed—until she meets the man of her dreams, disabled veteran Matt Monroe. It's a poignant and fast-paced story about love, dreams, and family, and Cheryl hopes all of you will have a chance to read it. Because many fans do not yet have an e-reader device, people have not been able to read the Merriweather novels. Cheryl has decided to publish a print version of the books, that will be titled MARRY ME, later in the summer. The print version will contain all three stories in one volume. She will send out more info about this as the release approaches. Be sure to get your print copy!

Cheryl is delighted to announce that her acclaimed e-book novel, NICHOLAS, will be coming to bookstores as a print book in July, 2012! Since Cheryl is no longer writing for any of the New York publishers, this may be the last time any of her books appear in print. Spread the word! Tell your friends. If you can't wait to read it, it's available now as an e-book, available for immediate download wherever e-books are sold. Or buy your print copy in July!

Cheryl announces her publishing schedule for the remainder of 2012. Her next historical romance, SWEET SURRENDER, starring characters Jackson Scott and Grace Bennett, will appear in June. This will be released as an e-book available for all e-reader devices at most on-line bookstores. (Please remember: The book will not appear as a print book in stores. Cheryl lost her spot with the NY print publishers at the end of 2009. To learn more about this situation, read Cheryl's "news" entries for 2011.)

SWEET SURRENDER will be a lead up celebration to the print release of her great novel, NICHOLAS, which will be available as a print book in bookstores everywhere in July. Later in the fall, October will bring the release of Cheryl's first mainstream historical novel, MUD CREEK. The book's setting is a bleak homestead in the Dakotas at the turn of the last century and features Cheryl's toughest, strongest heroine ever!
